Bruton's NH Exit Plan

Don't get me wrong,I will defend NHMS to the bitter end. I went there when it was Bryar Motorsports Park,and through the years,till it was NHIS.Bruton is a ...entrepenuer..money savvy business man..to get where he is,he did something right. Business wise,not customer wise.
SMI is the antithesis of ....oh well,never mind.

Quit yer cryin'. Anyone remember that little track at North Wilkesboro? One of them dates at NH came from little ol' NW. Bahre and Smitty took not just one, but both dates.

How many tracks are in that region? A glut of tracks exist there.Only one track in New England. Who said anyone was crying? If you want to cry,watch TNT.

Anyone still doubting that Bruton may take a date from Loudon and move it to Kentucky? Loudon has always had sellouts, but not today. That might give Bruton enough reason to move a date. The deadline to notify NASCAR is either this week or next week.

They're reporting that Bruton is to submit an official request this week to realign some of his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race dates next season. It sounds likely that the June event will be off of the schedule with this past weekends announcement that NH will be hosting an IRL date in June 2011.

In response to a $156,300 bill from Loudon officials for police and fire protection at June's NASCAR race weekend, New Hampshire Motor Speedway has sent back a check for $86,000 with a letter requesting a meeting with the selectmen, lawyers on both sides confirmed yesterday.

I'm glad someone said it, i was about to but you said my piece as well.

I want short track racing back in NC and I want that race at NW. I've never forgiven Bruton for the crap he's pulled with NW, he's proved to be a greedy SOB with that track.
