How to embed Youtube into post

Embedding youtube videos into posts.

[*youtube]video-ID[/youtube*]

IE, for the video i just posted in my racing thread,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytmko3gaF-g

You take what is after the equals sign,

ytmko3gaF-g

and put it in youtube tags.

[*youtube]ytmko3gaF-g[/youtube*]

(no astericks)

and it comes out

[youtube]ytmko3gaF-g[/youtube]

If you click the body of the video (not the play/scrub bar) while it's playing, it will open the youtube page for that video.

It's not supposed to auto-DL, i don't think (I know it doesn't auto-play). I'd seen it alot on other forums.

edit- Just tested it with that one. You have to hit play for it to start downloading/buffering (when the scrub bar turns red).
 
Anyone know if you can embed a video off of NASCAR.com? The videos on their site have an embed option where you can copy the info but I can't remember how to do it. Here is the video info:
