They've got evidence to prove I've been watching porn on the computers, and visiting "militant extremist websites" citing a website where several threats against President Obama (who I voted for and support) were posted. I was ready to come to blows with the dude at HR in this meeting. This was after their last attempt to fire me backfired.
The websites they pulled up, I've never seen in in my entire life.
The logs were all text file printouts -- very easy to manipulate.
They also had several pieces of software on my computers designed to bypass the filters. Again, I never heard of them. So I asked them to show me when the software was installed and when it was last used. Bosslady and head of Tech Department said that was not possible. At this point, I was not authorized to use a county computer to show them it is possible.

At this point, HR moved to their second piece, my driving record. There's good news.
Now, mind you, the State rejected a court order to take two points off my license. But that's beside the point. They said those three points on my license meant they did not have to pay me mileage for any of the driving I was required to do between work sites -- meaning I now fund county work out of my pocket. They also said I could not do deliveries and could no longer drive to or park at CCPS Facilities.

Because I'm the only person to ever get a speeding ticket. They said "The MVA notified us you were an at-risk driver."
Dude at HR said "I don't know how I could live with myself if I were you. You have an atrocious driving record (I was pulled over on the interstate doing 70 in a 55 while being passed in three lanes by oncoming traffic). You clearly don't do ANY work. (This explains why other people are far more deep in **** than I am)" and
.
I was pissed, and I wanted to punch the dude out. But I left on "Administrative leave" and drove home to go print some documents. But my access to Employee Services has already been terminated, as has my email access. So, I've essentially been terminated and am just awaiting the word that I'm fired.

I spoke with an attorney this afternoon -- he told me they had to build up a case (that they didn't have) since they're government. Either way, he said it's Maryland and fighting it would prolong the inevitable. He said I might have a chance if I had a hearing, but that would create a hostile environment and I would be gone for any microscopic mistake anyways.
Add to this, I've gotten a fine in the mail. I have 5 days to pay a $60 fine (for an unlisted citation) or my license will be suspended. I went to the courthouse, they told me to go to the MVA. Went to the MVA, and they told me to go to the courthouse. Courthouse says all they can do is accept the money.

And I've also been notified that (since I'm living with one of my relatives who unjustly owes $1000/month child support) my $3,000 tax return has been intercepted by the County.

Bad day? No, not me.
