Pocono Post Race Traffic

Can anyone comment on the post race traffic at Pocono?
We are going the June race and this will be our first visit to Pocono. We are camping in the infield by the tunnel turn and was wondering is it best to leave just after the race or will we have to wait 3-4 hours for the traffic to settle down.
Does Pocono have a restriction on when people in the infield can leave follwing the race?

I have been to all of the tracks and I remember Pocono being one of the worst for getting in and out of the area. If you have the time I would wait.

i have been going to the pocono race for the last 5 years you will end up waiting for at least a good hour brefore you get out on the road once you are in traffic its a little slow going til you get to the i 80
